Rates

Two registration options are available. The All-Inclusive option includes three days of classes and conference events. The Per Day option includes breakfast and lunch.
All-Inclusive Price:
Early Registration:$475   Deadline: July 29, 2011
Final Registration: $525  Deadline: August 12, 2011

Per Day Pricing:
Registration: $250   Deadline: August 12, 2011

Included with all registrations:

  • Full day of training and demonstrations
  • Breakfast and lunch for each day registered
  • Free tote bag and KVS giveaway
  • Copy of conference materials

Included Additionally with All-Inclusive:

  • Dinner and entertainment with a 1980s theme on Monday night.
 Attendees are responsible for airfare and hotel, and any other travel-related costs.

All cancellations must be received in writing by August 12, 2011. Single day registration cancellations follow the same policy. After this date, no refunds will be given due to obligations made on your behalf and incurred by KVS.
