For over 40 years, KVS Information Systems has been providing software solutions and related services to local government. Our integrated financial management and billing/collection applications have a proven record of successful installations. KVS Software manages budgeting, purchasing, and accounting needs seamlessly. The KVS Payroll application accommodates all pay scenarios and supports direct deposit, position control and full benefit/deduction processing, as well as extensive reporting options. All types of taxes can be processed for billing including property, utility, business/occupational and motor vehicle tax, and our various collection capabilities include Internet payments through a third-party partner.
A receptionist always answers your calls during regular business hours and directs you to our knowledgeable support team both during and after the implementation process. Enhancements to the software are ongoing and our technical support team can assist with updates, backups and a suite of other services. Additional training can be conducted on-site, at KVS or remotely using Web applications.
