Edward Warnke
President

Ed Warnke joined KVS in January of 1999 as Chief Executive Officer. He has over 25 years of audit and financial software industry experience including development, product management, marketing, sales and support. Prior to joining KVS, Ed was General Manager - Canada for Elite Information Systems, a publicly traded accounting software company for the legal market. Ed also has five years experience as Computer-Audit Manager for Delaware North Companies. Ed has a degree in Accounting from Niagara University and is a member of the American Institute for Certified Public Accountants.

Ida M. Taylor
Vice President of Operations

Ida joined KVS in 1986 as Support Representative. In April 2000, Ida was promoted to Vice President of Operations. She has over 15 years experience in Accounting and Financial Management Systems. Her roles at KVS have included support training and installations, project management, application design, sales, marketing, and operations management. Ida attended Canisius College in Buffalo, NY, and is affiliated with the GFOA.

Sue Prechel
Controller

Sue joined KVS in 1997 as our Accountant. She was promoted to Controller in January 1999. Her strong analytical and accounting skills allowed her to quickly assimilate in her new position. Her current responsibilities include accounts payable, accounts receivable, collections, financial statements, payroll, and employee benefits. Sue attended the University of Wisconsin - La Crosse.

Jerry Fonner
Director of Technical Services

Jerry joined KVS in a unique role. He was hired to be the IS manager for the Borough of Naugatuck, CT, in 1988. Since that time, he has worked for large network integration projects, such as the City of Paterson, NJ. In 1993, Jerry was brought back to corporate headquarters and promoted to Director of Technical Services. His current responsibilities include applying new technology to KVS products and services and providing technical support both in-house and at client sites.
