Bill joined KVS in December of 2004.  With 12 years of successful sales experience behind him, Bill is ready to take on the Western and Central New York State and Pennsylvania regions for KVS.  Already, he has established a productive relationship with a number of existing clients and secured new clients in both the states of New York and Pennsylvania.  His efforts and determination are sure to enhance his record of customer satisfaction.

In December 2006, Frank took on the position of Regional Marketing Manager for the New York Metro area.  With four years of experience in the municipal software industry behind him, Frank's knowledge and dedication has been proven by the success he has gained in building the KVS client base in New York.  As a result, in July 2007, Frank was appointed Marketing Manager for the state of Connecticut.

In January of 2007, Mark joined the KVS Sales team after serving two years as a Support Representative for the KVS Enterprise financial systems.  Initially, Mark accepted the position of Regional Marketing Manager for Massachusetts and has since taken on the Southeastern region as well.  His knowledge of KVS systems has proven to be a great asset for assessing clients needs and providing solutions.  Already he has initiated two local user conferences for clients in Massachusetts and the Ohio/Kentucky region.  Mark has established a positive relationship with existing clients and looks forward to continued success within the regions.

In July 2005, Stephanie moved into the position of Marketing Support Representative after serving as the KVS Documentation Specialist since 1994.  Stephanie's responsibilities include creation and maintenance of marketing brochures, newsletter production, maintenance of proposal materials and website content, tradeshow management, and state contract maintenance.  Stephanie has a bachelor's in Journalism from Buffalo State College.
