KVS Information Systems Acquires Executive Office Systems (EOS)
Creates New Product & Service Opportunities for Clientele
Amherst, NY - March 4, 2010
- KVS Information Systems, Inc. a leading provider of financial, billing and ERP software solutions for local governments and school
districts, today announced that it has purchased certain assets of Executive Office Systems (EOS) of Syracuse, NY.
"After 31 years as a premier New York State software company, we were looking to combine EOS with a company that has the same
dedication and commitment to its clients as we do, and we found it in KVS," stated Jane Roemer, President of EOS.
