Announces New Forms Printing
Software
Standard Miscellaneous Forms Now can be Printed when Fees are Collected
Amherst, NY- March 19, 2008 -
The new KVS General Receipts Print module has been designed to simplify setup
and printing of standard municipal forms, such as birth certificates, parking
permits, etc. It works in conjunction with the existing functionality of
the KVS General Receipts module.
"For example, if you
currently track and manually print or type parking permits for
commuter lines, with the GR Print module you can have the
registration information print on decal forms generated from a
receipt printer," explained KVS Marketing Manager Frank
Garguiolo. "The decal forms go in the vehicle, and the
General Receipts system enters and tracks the revenue
collected," he added.
Any form you wish to automate and track payments for
electronically, such as pavilion rentals, marriage licenses, and
so on, are easily managed by this module which has complete
user-defined capability.
