Amherst, NY - December 10, 2009 - The Pennsylvania Department of General Services has awarded KVS Information Systems with a COSTARS software contract effective Nov. 30, 2009 through Nov. 30, 2010. This is the fifth year that KVS has been selected as a state supplier.

The COSTARS (Cooperative Sourcing to Achieve Reductions in Spending) program provides members with the opportunity to save time and money by purchasing supplies directly from companies awarded the contract rather than going through a laborious bid process.
