Payroll/Financial Software Support Representative
This full time position is responsible for training,
quality assurance testing, troubleshooting, and
support of municipal financial and payroll
applications software. Excellent communication and
customer service skills required. Accounting and/or
payroll experience a plus. Approximately 30% out of
state travel required.
Accounting Software Quality Assurance Specialist
This full time position is responsible for quality
assurance testing and documentation of municipal
financial software. May also be involved in
internal training and client support projects.
Accounting experience and excellent attention to
detail required.
Implementation Account Manager
This full time position is responsible for the
management of client implementation to include
scheduling, project status review, and problem
resolution. Organization and excellent communication
skills required. Some out of state travel required.
Software Development Manager
The ideal candidate for this full time position
should have a minimum of 3 - 5 years of management
experience, with a proven track record developing
and maintaining systems. Experience with Oracle
and/or COBOL based financial systems a plus.
Candidate should have a strong understanding of
System Development Life Cycle as it pertains to a
software vendor environment. Must possess the
ability to develop and motivate a staff, and balance
dynamic priorities. Candidate should understand the
importance of "customer satisfaction", have strong
leadership qualities, and be self-motivated.
