The KVS Technical Support Staff will manage all functional aspects of the installation process and ensure that all steps have been taken for a successful future with KVS.

 


ASP Hosting
 

 

KVS can provide hosted deployment of your products over the internet, making your KVS applications available to you from any PC with internet access.
Installation
 
Our technical support department will handle all aspects of the installation process, from initial consultation to the installation and configuration of the server, workstations, printers, and other networking equipment.
 
LanCare
 
With our LanCare service, customers purchase a pre-determined bank of hours that can be used for both onsite and remote technical support issues.  Our technical support staff can assist you with managing and maintaining your network, as well as performing system upgrades.
 
Remote Backup
Storage

 
Intended to complement your current backup procedures, the KVS Remote Backup Storage solution is designed to provide an additional layer of redundancy for your critical KVS data.  After your normal nightly backup is run, another job transfers your KVS data to our secure ftp server.  The data is then backed up to tape as part of our normal backup rotation.  Clients will have immediate access to their most current backup online, with the benefit of additional security and data integrity.
 
System Certification
 
The System Certification service is a required step in the installation or upgrade of any KVS system.  During this process, KVS performs a complete inventory of the client's system to ensure that everything is compatible with the KVS applications being installed.  Once everything is installed and configured, the entire system installation is documented, including a detailed inventory of your devices, for future support purposes.
 
Technical Hotline
 
Our technical support staff can assist you with system and networking issues from adding users and installing printers to troubleshooting connectivity and performance issues.  They are available from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM [EST], Monday through Friday, at our toll free number, 1-800-999-9KVS.  A general voice mailbox is available after hours.
 
Tech Support Plus
 
With our TS+ service, our technical support staff will handle loading all updates and patches to your KVS applications, as well as third party supporting applications. 
 
WebCare
 
Do you have a web presence?  Our technical support staff can provide both initial setup as well as ongoing maintenance of your site.
