Software Support

Our Support Representatives are committed to serving clients in as timely and concise a manner as possible. Through telephone hotline support, remote diagnosis, and online support via this website, KVS makes assistance convenient.

Clients can expect the latest software enhancements with each quarterly update, and as the software is improved, all modifications are documented in the corresponding user manual. Documentation updates are available with each software update.

When refresher training is needed, either KVS Support Representatives can travel to client sites, or clients can travel to our offices for instruction. Regional KVS User Group meetings provide an excellent forum for training, as does a national user conference, which takes place annually near KVS headquarters in the Buffalo, NY, area. This three-day event features intensive training sessions and workshops.

Technical Support

Following initial installation and certification, the KVS Technical Support Representatives can provide a number of services to keep clients up to date and allow them to concentrate on serving their citizens.

Representatives are available via telephone hotline for all networking and system performance issues. In addition, ongoing assistance with managing your network and performing upgrades, loading all updates and patches, and even set up and maintenance of a municipal website is available.


The KVS Remote Backup Storage service offers extra security with an additional backup stored off-site at KVS. With ASP Hosting, your KVS products operate over the internet, making them available to your users anywhere.
