Support & Technical Services
We recognize that
training and support are vital, and the KVS Support Staff will
help ensure clients a smooth system transition and long-term
success. KVS distributes all software updates quarterly and when applicable, our electronic user manuals reflect these changes.
Throughout the year, KVS clients exchange
similar experiences and meet with KVS personnel at our Regional
User Conferences. A review of the latest software
enhancements is always on the agenda, and clients' questions and
suggestions are addressed and recorded. Each summer, KVS
holds a National User Conference near its headquarters in
suburban Buffalo, NY. Several seminars on a variety of
topics, such as KVS software systems, municipal procedures and
requirements, and third party products are covered. Additional technical services are also available with KVS, such as Tech Support Plus, LanCare service, Remote Backup Storage, ASP Hosting, and WebCare. These services range from allowing KVS technical professionals to load updates and patches for you to website setup and maintenance. For
