AP Technology - Laser Check Printing Solutions

KVS is an authorized reseller of AP Technology products, including SecureCheck and ezSigner. AP Technology was founded in 1989 with the purpose of developing a secure and economical MICR laser check printing solution and has become a leader in the secure document industry. SecureCheck is a forms printing solution that works in conjunction with most HP laser printers to provide professionally printed forms, including MICR laser checks. ezSigner is a product that works with any laser printer and provides check signing capabilities. Authorize.Net - Online Credit Card Processing

KVS works with Authorize.net for authorization of credit card payments within the General Receipts module. After clients have established a merchant account with Authorize.net, it is then used to complete the payment process through a seamless application program interface (API).

Cyberscience - Adhoc Report Writer

KVS is an authorized reseller of Cyberquery, an adhoc report writing and query tool developed by Cyberscience Corporation. Through the report writer, customers have the ability to create and generate custom reports which can be printed, exported to Microsoft Excel, or published in HTML format for posting to a website. All relationships between tables are controlled using the built in data dictionary which is updated by KVS.

Matrix Imaging Solutions - Customized Laser Bill Printing

Matrix Imaging Solutions offers customized laser bill printing and mailing services, including two sided laser generated self-mailer bills with custom messages and histograms, while taking full advantage of any postal discounts that are available. In most cases, turn around time is less than 24 hours from receipt of the print file, which can be transmitted over the internet then mailed directly from their facility which has postal pickup twice each day. KVS has partnered with Matrix to provide enhanced forms processing services including bill printing, postal address verification, and online bill payment.

Micro Focus - AcuGT Extend Vision Database

KVS currently supports the Micro Focus AcuGT Extend product line which provides customers with access to our products on over 600 platforms. Additional tools provide customers with such features as web deployment, thin client solutions, ODBC access to our database, and many other deployment and integration options.

MuniTrax - Online Billpay

KVS partners with MuniTrax to provide customers with the ability to present and collect KVS tax and/or utility bills over the Internet. Citizens can view, print, and pay their bills 24-hours a day with an e-check or credit card using the municipal website. The municipality does not need to remit payment to MuniTrax as a small convenience fee is added to individual payments.

The Notable Corporation is a full service print and promotional products distributor, providing seamless print to mail processing solutions.

Oracle - Oracle Database

KVS is currently a member of the Oracle Partner Network (OPN) and is an authorized Oracle reseller. The KVS Enterprise suite of products has been developed using Oracle development tools and is deployed using the Oracle database.

POS Supply Solutions - POS Supplies

KVS has partnered with POS Supply Solutions to provide receipt printer paper and ribbons for our customers. POS Supply Solutions specializes in custom printed specialty roll paper solutions. From standard white receipt rolls to roll paper printed with your logo, whatever the need, POS Supply Solutions has the solution for you. T2 Systems - Parking Ticket Management

KVS has partnered with T2 Systems to provide total Parking Ticket management solutions for our customers. T2 uses handheld ticketwriters and printers featuring real-time communication. With this equipment from T2, you can write citations and warnings, download scofflaw lists and permits, issue temporary parking permits, take payment for parking at events, and give officers the information they need, when they need it. The KVS system will manage the payment collection on processing.
