The COMPASS System is designed to meet all residential, commercial, agricultural and personal property tax needs from assessment through collection. The system includes sale transfers, exemptions, and other taxable districts processing, assessment history, appeals and building permit tracking. Additional capabilities include summary statistics, giving instant access to COD's, new construction, and other vital statistics.

The GYRO System is a complete automated mass appraisal system designed to provide nationally recognized, defensible, updateable valuations for all properties. GYRO provides the tools for establishing and maintaining land, cost, market, and income valuations.

CIVAM [Commercial Valuation]

The CIVAM System establishes the commercial/industrial valuation through cost, comparables, and market-derived income approaches. Cost modifiers by occupancy, neighborhood, age and condition are easily updateable to reflect changing market and economic conditions.

Permits & Inspections
|
The Permits & Inspections System produces,
maintains, and stores all of the information for municipal permits
and inspection requirements. The setup of unique codes and
specifications allows for the creation of all forms and facilitates
an on-line inspector's schedule.

Citizen
Response Manager

The
Citizen Response Manager System records, saves, and tracks the
service requests and complaints of citizens in a municipality. The
system refers complaints and requests to their proper department and
generates work orders.

Vehicle & Equipment
|
The Vehicle & Equipment System tracks municipal vehicles and equipment
for optimal preventative and remedial maintenance. Maintenance scheduling
and detail material, labor, and fuel costs can be stored. Fuel consumption
can also be tracked. The system offers extensive work order and reporting
options.

Inventory Management |
The Inventory Management System controls the stock of all departments of a municipality. This
system answers questions such as: "Where should the items be
ordered?", "How many are currently in stock?", and "When do the items need
to be replaced?".

The Work Order System
interfaces with the Citizen Response Manager
system and organizes all municipal project expenses related to a
work order. The system assigns equipment and personnel to each
order, and expenses are tracked for budgeting and planning.
