training and support are vital, and the KVS Support Staff will help
ensure clients a smooth system transition and long-term success with
us. Our Support Representatives are committed to serving clients in
as timely and concise a manner as possible.

Electronic Documentation
|
Our
Documentation Department continually updates our documentation to reflect current software enhancements.
The updates are either delivered with application
updates when built in or delivered to you on CD in Adobe PDF file
format with every software update.

Hotline Support
|
Our Support Staff will take your calls
from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. [Eastern Standard Time], Monday through
Friday, from our toll free number, 1-800-999-9KVS (587). A general
voice mailbox is available after hours.

Online Support
|
The KVS on-line web
service allows you to receive support any time you want,
via email and online incident submission. In addition to
communicating with KVS Support and Marketing staff, you can also
exchange ideas with other KVS software users.

Remote Diagnosis
|
In
addition to onsite and hotline phone support, our support
representatives frequently utilize remote access tools, such as
pcAnywhere, WebEX, and Terminal Services, to aid in
analyzing and resolving customer issues.

Software Updates
|
Included as part of our annual maintenance agreement, software
updates are distributed quarterly and include product enhancements,
regulatory changes, and bug fixes.

Training
|
Our
support staff provides thorough initial training and is available
for refresher training which can be performed at your location or
ours.
|
User Conferences
|
In
addition to our National User Conference held annually in historic
Buffalo, NY, clients
benefit from numerous regional conferences held throughout the year
at a host client site.
