Electronic Documentation
All product documentation is delivered electronically and available from within the application.
Hotline Support
The KVS support staff is available to take your calls from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. [Eastern Standard Time], Monday through Friday, via our toll free number: 800-999-9KVS (587). A general voice mailbox is available after hours.
Online Support
The KVS on-line web service allows you to receive support announcements, review product enhancements, access FAQs, and email support staff.
Remote Diagnosis
In addition to on-site and hotline phone support, our support representatives frequently utilize remote access tools, such as Mikogo, WebEX, and Terminal Services, to aid in analyzing and resolving customer issues.
Software Updates
Included as part of our annual maintenance agreement, software updates are distributed regularly and include product enhancements, regulatory changes, and bug fixes. If needed, fixes can be provided by KVS remotely logging in to the client’s system.
Training
Our support staff provides thorough initial training and is available for refresher training which can be performed at your location or ours, or remotely via the internet. Additionally, follow-up training can be provided remotely over the Internet.
User Conferences
In addition to our National User Conference held every other year in the Buffalo, NY region, clients benefit from regional conferences held each year at a host client site.
