A receptionist will always answer your phone calls during business hours and direct you to support or technical personnel depending on the type of information you need. The KVS support staff helps to ensure clients have a smooth system transition and long-term success.

Our support representatives are committed to serving clients in as timely and concise a manner as possible. Through telephone hotline support, remote diagnosis, and online support via this website, KVS makes assistance convenient.

Clients can expect the latest software enhancements with each update, and as the software is improved, all modifications are documented in the corresponding user manual. Documentation updates are provided with each software update.

When refresher training is needed, KVS support representatives can travel to client sites, clients can travel to our offices for instruction, or training can be provided remotely using Web applications. Regional KVS user group meetings held annually provide an excellent forum for discussion, and a national user conference, which takes place every other year near KVS headquarters in the Buffalo, NY, area is a three-day event featuring intensive training sessions and workshops.

Technical Services

A KVS technical representative will inventory a client's system to ensure compatibility prior to installation of KVS software, and will configure all networking equipment and workstations. Following initial installation and certification, the KVS technical staff can provide a number of services to keep clients up to date. They  will be available from 8AM to 5:30PM EST Monday through Friday to assist with any system or networking issues.

In addition, ongoing assistance with managing your network and performing upgrades, loading all updates and patches, and even set up and maintenance of a municipal website is available.

Additional technical services are also available, such as Remote Update Service, Tech Support Plus, LanCare service, Remote Backup Storage, ASP Hosting, and WebCare.
