Support Forum
After signing in, the online support forum features a list of major application enhancements each month, sample reports, FAQs, support staff assignments, a technical staff page, staff biographies, and an FTP site. The forum also offers options for web conferencing to allow our support representatives to provide remote diagnostic support services, ASP hosting login, and links to Independence IT update services.
