Bring your favorite features to share in this interactive session where Ed Warnke will review the most favorite features of the KVS System. Included in the features are ways to increase efficiency and go green while at the same time utilizing the basic features of Enterprise and Payroll in conjunction with today’s technology. |

| Tech Session - Enterprise System Administration |
This session will discuss system administration procedures for clients using Enterprise. Topics will include proper backup and restore procedures, installing KVS updates and patches, verifying the current software level, printing issues, and a review of required supporting products such as IIS, Internet Explorer, and Adobe Acrobat Reader. Additionally, document attachment procedures will be discussed. |

| Enhancement/Local Conference Reviews - by System |
Enhancement reviews are 3-part workshops to include a review of completed enhancements, questions and specific procedural items from regional conferences, and discussion of suggested and planned enhancements. We’ll also be reviewing some tips and tricks that you may not know about. |

| Vendor Session - MuniTrax - Web Bill Presentation & Payment |
MuniTrax provides Receiver/Clerk Offices with a turn-key solution that provides for the searching, viewing and printing of real property tax bills and the payment of the relevant taxes via the internet using both credit cards (MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover) and electronic checks (ACH). The MuniTrax system, which is already deployed in a number of municipalities in NY (including the villages of Valley Stream and Farmingdale), CT and NJ, consists of a secure website allowing citizens to view/print and pay their real property tax bills online. The system also allows the taxpayer to view their tax bill payment status information with current and historical data. |

In addition to reviewing the enhancements of the Enterprise General Ledger, we give special focus to reporting including the availability of multi-year tracking within your general ledger. This session will include detailed review and options for setting up grants, capital projects and escrow accounts. We will also review File Export options including the New York State AUD file. |
