Registration Information

Rates

Two registration options are available. The All-Inclusive option includes three days of classes and conference events. The Per Day option includes breakfast and lunch.
All-Inclusive Price:
Early Registration:$475   Deadline: July 17, 2009
Final Registration: $525  Deadline: August 7, 2009

Per Day Pricing:
Registration: $250   Deadline: August 7, 2009

Included with all registrations:

  • Full day of training and demonstrations
  • Breakfast and lunch for each day registered
  • Free tote bag and KVS sport shirt
  • CD of Conference materials

Included Additionally with All-Inclusive:

  • KVS 40th Anniversary Celebration dinner and entertainment with a country & western theme on Monday night. Includes open bar during cocktail hour, followed by cash bar after dinner.
  • Cocktail Party in the Vendor Exhibit area Tuesday evening. Includes hors d'oeuvres, beer and wine.
 Attendees are responsible for airfare and hotel, and any other travel-related costs.

All cancellations must be received in writing by August 7, 2009. Single day registration cancellations follow the same policy. After this date, no refunds will be given due to obligations made on your behalf and incurred by KVS.
