KVS WebConference Remote Access

The KVS on-line WebConference allows our support representatives to provide remote diagnostic support services using a secure internet connection. A WebConference is scheduled ahead of time and requires Internet Explorer 5.5+ with a high-speed internet connection.

A unique username and password is required for each WebConference session and will be supplied by your support representative at the time of the meeting.
